Four Seasons Porch Co. – Terms of Delivery and Service

These Terms of Delivery and Service ("Terms") outline the agreement between Four Seasons Porch Co. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") and the client ("Customer," "you," or "your") for the delivery, setup, and maintenance of seasonal porch décor and pumpkin displays. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Four Seasons Porch Co. provides seasonal porch decorating services, including delivery, setup, styling, and optional add-on packages. Services are provided as described at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

• The Company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the décor, pumpkins, or displays once they have been delivered and installed.
   
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the décor does not obstruct pathways, entrances, or pose any tripping hazards.
   
• The Company is not responsible for injuries or accidents involving children, pets, or guests interacting with the display.
   

• Pumpkins and other natural materials may attract wildlife such as squirrels, deer, birds, or insects. The Company is not liable for any damage caused by animals or pests.
   
• Weather-related damage (including rain, wind, frost, heat, or snow) is outside the Company's control, and we are not responsible for replacements or refunds in such cases.
   

• Pumpkins and live plants are natural products with a limited lifespan. Premature decay, wilting, or rot may occur due to weather, handling, or natural factors.
   
• The Company does not guarantee the longevity of natural décor elements beyond normal seasonal expectations.
   

• We take care to avoid property damage during delivery and setup; however, the Company is not responsible for damage to surfaces, finishes, or landscaping caused by décor placement, natural staining (e.g., pumpkin residue), or removal of décor.
   

• Customers must provide safe, accessible delivery and setup areas. Additional fees may apply for difficult-to-access properties (e.g., no driveway access, steep terrain).
   
• Customers agree not to modify or relocate the display in a way that may create safety hazards or cause damage.
   

• Orders are non-cancellable during the months of September and October.
   
• Orders canceled more than 60 before scheduled delivery (outside of September and October) may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.
   
• Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made after materials have been sourced or prepared.
   

• By booking our services, you grant Four Seasons Porch Co. permission to photograph your décor display and property exterior for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.
   
• Photographs will focus on the décor and property façade only. Identifiable personal information (e.g., house numbers, license plates, family members) will be avoided or removed unless explicit permission is granted.
   
• If you wish to opt out of photography and marketing use, you must notify us in writing before your scheduled delivery.
   

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Four Seasons Porch Co., its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use, interaction with, or placement of décor displays.

By booking, receiving, or paying for our services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Delivery and Service in full.
