Four Seasons Porch Co. – Terms of Delivery and Service

These Terms of Delivery and Service ("Terms") outline the agreement between Four Seasons Porch Co. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") and the client ("Customer," "you," or "your") for the delivery, setup, and maintenance of seasonal porch décor, pumpkin displays, and Christmas decorating services (both indoor and outdoor). By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Four Seasons Porch Co. provides seasonal decorating services, including delivery, setup, styling, and optional add-on packages for fall (pumpkins, gourds, autumn décor) and winter (Christmas trees, garlands, wreaths, lighting, and holiday décor for indoor and outdoor spaces).

Services are provided as described at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

The Company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from décor, pumpkins, Christmas trees, lighting, or displays once they have been delivered and installed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring décor and lighting do not obstruct pathways, entrances, electrical outlets, or pose any tripping or fire hazards.

For indoor decorating, the Customer must ensure that all electrical outlets, surfaces, and areas are safe and suitable for décor and lighting placement.

The Company is not responsible for injuries or accidents involving children, pets, or guests interacting with the décor or display.

Pumpkins, greenery, live trees, and other natural materials may attract wildlife such as squirrels, deer, birds, or insects in outdoor settings. The Company is not liable for any damage caused by animals or pests.

Weather-related damage (including rain, wind, frost, snow, or heat) is outside the Company's control. We are not responsible for replacements or refunds due to weather conditions or indoor environmental factors such as heat, humidity, or air circulation that may affect natural décor.

Pumpkins, live greenery, natural wreaths, and Christmas trees are perishable and have a limited lifespan. Premature decay, wilting, needle drop, or rot may occur due to weather, temperature changes, or natural factors.

The Company does not guarantee the longevity of natural décor elements or lighting components beyond normal seasonal expectations.

We take care to avoid property damage during delivery and setup; however, the Company is not responsible for any damage to surfaces, finishes, landscaping, walls, floors, or electrical components caused by décor placement, natural staining (e.g., pumpkin residue, sap from greenery), or décor removal.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that indoor and outdoor electrical outlets are safe, accessible, and compliant with local safety standards for use with holiday lighting and powered décor.

Customers must provide safe, accessible delivery and setup areas. Additional fees may apply for difficult-to-access properties (e.g., steep terrain, stairs, or lack of driveway access).

Customers agree not to modify, relocate, or plug in electrical décor in a way that may create safety hazards, electrical issues, or property damage.

For indoor decorating, Customers must ensure that the designated areas are clear and ready for setup upon arrival.

Orders are non-cancellable during the months of September through December.

Orders canceled less than 60 days before scheduled delivery (outside of September–December) may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.

Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made after materials, greenery, or lighting have been sourced or prepared.

By booking our services, you grant Four Seasons Porch Co. permission to photograph your décor display and property (indoor and/or outdoor) for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.

Photographs will focus on the décor and property styling only. Identifiable personal information (e.g., house numbers, family photos, license plates, or individuals) will be avoided or removed unless explicit permission is granted.

If you wish to opt out of photography and marketing use, you must notify us in writing before your scheduled delivery.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Four Seasons Porch Co., its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use, interaction with, or placement of décor or lighting displays, whether indoor or outdoor.

By booking, receiving, or paying for our services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Delivery and Service in full.
